The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is full of side quests that Link can take on to help the people of Hyrule. Between hunting monsters and searching for the lost Princess Zelda, players can also solve less important quests. Another such quest is to help one Zora who likes the Sparkly Eyed Crab.
Players can find Zora’s domain in the eastern part of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and it is initially plagued by a cloud of mud falling from the sky. Once that’s resolved, players can stay and help Zora through the crisis in a small way.
Legend Of Zelda: A Crabulous Deal
To start the quest, go to the Zora General Store as shown in the picture above and talk to the owner. After finding and eating a shiny-eyed crab during the crisis, Clef discovers that he likes shiny-eyed crabs and now wants to get another one. He’ll reward you if Link brings him 10 glowing-eyed crabs, so it’s time to hunt.
Fortunately, glowing-eyed crabs can be found in Zora’s domain, and players don’t have to travel far to find them. They can be found on the rocks below the pillars that support Zora’s realm, and on top of various nearby towers. On the lower levels, they can also be found wandering in the pool of water in the middle of the range.
Once a glowing-eyed crab is found, players must photograph it and use the Purah Pad Sensor+ to find more crabs. With Sensor+, Link has no problem finding nine more crabs without leaving Zora’s range. Players should note that glowing-eyed crabs are more common during the rainy season, according to their description. However, there are many of these in the range, so weather is unlikely to be a major issue.
After getting the 10 crabs, the player can go back to the key to drop them off and get an amethyst as a reward. This concludes the quest, although players can always encounter any shiny-eyed crabs in Clef and trade them for more rewards and a nice profit in the process.
